How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please look out for an email from shop@lunaandgoods.com

How do I track my order?

It's a simple process:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Orders
  3. View Status

We also send a tracking number to your email as soon as we ship your order. In addition, the courier partners will reach out to you through email, SMS and WhatsApp with updates on your order movement.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

The courier partners will usually make up to three attempts. If you miss these attempts, the order will be returned to us and may be cancelled. Please ensure you or someone on your behalf is available to receive your order.

Do you have cash on delivery (COD) payment method?

Cash on delivery (COD) is offered for select products, pincodes, and order values. If it’s unavailable for your order, we recommend choosing a prepaid payment option for smooth and timely delivery.

COD orders take longer to get delivered and require a quick verification before dispatch. Our team will contact you to confirm through WhatsApp or Email. No response results in automatic cancellation within 24 hours.

COD returns and refunds are issued as store credit only.

Please ensure that the exact cash amount is available at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the package appears tampered or damaged, contact us at shop@lunaandgoods.com immediately.

I haven't received my order. Who do I contact?

Please allow us 5-10 business days to process and ship your order. We will notify you after the order has been shipped. You can also log in to your account and track orders through the tracking number. If it has been more than 10 business days, please reach out on shop@lunaandgoods.com with your ORDER ID. We will get back to you as within 48 hours.

I have an issue with an order I received. Who do I contact?

Please send us an email with your concern, a photo (optional) and ORDER ID to shop@lunaandgoods.com. We will connect with you within 48 hours.

The piece looks slightly different. Why is that?

We try to maintain consistency in each our designs. However, each piece is meticulously handmade by skilled artisans, making every item unique. As a result, slight variations in design and finish are to be expected.

How do I return / exchange?

While we do our best to ensure every package is perfect, occasional surprises can occur. If your order arrives late, isn't quite right, or runs into any issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Email us at shop@lunaandgoods.com with:
1. Your ORDER ID
2. A photo or video of the piece(s)
3. Reason of return
(within 5 days of receiving your order)

For us to process a return, the pieces should be in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

If a product is damaged during transportation, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery. The product must then be returned to our warehouse within one week. If these conditions are not met, we will not be responsible for accepting the return.

Once you notify us, we will get it picked up from your address it was delivered to. Please make sure the order is packed in the original box and envelope with the same love as we packed it for you. As soon as we receive the package back from you, we will look into the issue.

To which countries do you ship?

We currently ship within India, United States, Canada and Singapore. Please bear with us while we work through to open global shipping. Read our Shipping Policy for more details.

I love something, but it's 'out of stock'. What should I do?

Click the “Notify me when available” button on the product page to join the waitlist. You will be notified immediately when product gets restocked.

Is the jewellery waterproof?

No. The jewellery is not waterproof. However, the pieces with base metal as stainless steel are water resistant.

We do not recommend exposing your pieces in pools or shower. Any sanitizer or alcohol based products including perfumes or deodorants should be avoided after wearing the jewellery.

Always wear the pieces in the end when you are getting ready.

How should I store my jewellery?

Avoid exposure to water, chlorine (pools, hot tubs) and harsh chemicals. To clean, use a soft cloth and wipe it down. Store separately in a soft cloth pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches.
