Refund policy

Domestic Orders (Within India)

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that only certain items are eligible for returns. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional return handling fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) order returns and refunds
Refunds for returned Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made as store credit. We do not refund Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in cash. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If a product is damaged during transportation, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery. The product must then be returned to our warehouse within one week. If these conditions are not met, we will not be responsible for accepting the return.

Once you notify us, we will get it picked up from your address it was delivered to. Please make sure the order is packed in the original box and envelope with the same love as we packed it for you. As soon as we receive the package back from you, we will look into the issue.

Please note: If you are unable to return via our scheduled pickup, then you must bear the cost of return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Only certain items are eligible for returns, see description before purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Fair Use Policy
To ensure we can continue offering high-quality pieces and service to all customers, returns and exchanges are monitored for fair use.
We reserve the right to limit or decline returns/exchanges from accounts with unusually high return activity.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@lunaandgoods.com

International Orders

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international purchases. 

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or refunded by Luna & Goods.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit once they have been shipped. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
