Purchase Options

At Luna & Goods, we offer multiple secure and convenient payment methods for your order:

1. Prepaid Payment Options

We recommend choosing a prepaid method for the quickest processing and dispatch.
Available prepaid methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay and more
  • UPI – Pay easily using UPI apps
  • Net Banking – All major banks supported
  • Mobile Wallets – Including Paytm, PhonePe and others
  • PayPal – For international customers

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes and order values within India.
  • COD orders may require quick verification before dispatch.
  • Refunds for returned COD orders are issued as store credit only, in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • COD availability may be limited for certain products, high-order values, or specific locations.

3. Gift Cards, Store Credits & Discount Codes

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • They must be used within their validity period (if applicable).
  • Any remaining balance will remain available for future purchases.

Store Credits

  • Store credits are issued at the sole discretion of Luna & Goods and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Store credits are valid for a limited period (if specified) and must be used within that time.
  • Purchases made using store credit are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or store credits unless explicitly mentioned.
  • All purchases made using discount codes are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

More information

  • All transactions are securely processed via Razorpay and PayPal, meeting the highest industry standards.
  • We do not charge any additional fees for using prepaid methods.
  • Luna & Goods reserves the right to disable or limit COD for repeated cancellations or delivery refusals.

Cancellation Policy

At Luna & Goods, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

1. Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our team promptly at shop@lunaandgoods.com with your orderID.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before order confirmation is completed.
  • Our team may contact you to verify your COD order. Orders that remain unverified may be cancelled automatically.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD deliveries may result in suspension of the COD payment option for future orders.

3. Post-Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may still be eligible for a return or store credit as per our Return Policy

4. Refunds

  • Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD order refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit only.

5. Right to Cancel

Luna & Goods reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of products, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or logistics limitations. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
