1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Shipping Options and Costs:
- Standard Shipping (FREE): 3-10 business days–through third-party courier/logistics partners
- Expedited Shipping: Upon request and additional charge
Order Processing Times:
- Orders placed by Friday 9:00 AM IST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping.
Tracking and Delivery:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
2. International Shipping
Shipping Options and Costs:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days - Flat rate of INR 2,599
Customs and Import Duties:
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Order Processing Times:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping.
- Custom jewellery orders may take longer to prepare. Estimated processing times will be provided at the time of purchase.
Tracking and Delivery:
- International orders include tracking. Tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country’s postal system.
3. Additional Shipping Terms
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Luna and Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance if this occurs.
Address Changes:
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@lunaandgoods.com. We can adjust the address before the package ships, but we are unable to modify it once it’s in transit.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. We will contact you to confirm the correct address before resending.
Delays and Carrier Issues:
- While we strive to meet our shipping times, unexpected delays with carriers may occur. In cases of delay, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly for further details.
