All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before they are shipped from our warehouse. 

We provide complimentary standard delivery which takes 3-7 business days to reach you. 

Orders placed by Friday 9:00 AM IST are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

You can request a return or exchange for eligible pieces within 7 days of the delivery date. Only certain items are eligible for returns, see description before purchase. 

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

A ₹110 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount to arrange an at-home pickup.

Any additional charges, add-on gift boxes or gift wrapping services paid for with the order will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit only, with no expiry date. We do not issue cash refunds for COD orders. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

All sale, discounted and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Add-on gift boxes and gift wrapping services are not eligible for return or exchange.
